We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email us at email@example.com with your order ID, the name of the product you were supposed to receive, (for a faulty item - a picture or multiple pictures of the fault or damage to the item and further details of the problem), within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will work diligently to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please note, if the item you received was not faulty upon arrival and you choose to continue to use it anyway, this means that you have accepted your item in the condition in which it was received and we are no longer liable for the way in which you choose to use your item or any damage that is incurred then-after.
You will have to visit our store for exchange inspection by our team.
